Sebring Angels is a 501(3)(c) Florida state non-profit organization made up of volunteers working toward saving the lives of animals in high kill animal control facilities in Highlands County, Florida and surrounding areas. We operate solely on the strength of our volunteers, compassion of our donors, and love of our followers. Thankfully through networking and selfless acts we are able to save hu

ndreds of animals off death row yearly. We don't own or operate a building to house our rescue animals. The ability to keep these animals safe and sound is thanks to families willing to open their home to foster, and local boarding facilities that share in our goals.

From Pinky's Foster:
Some updated pictures of Pinky D**k. Her time, with us as a foster, is coming to an end. I can't believe she hasn't been adopted. She's done so much in the short 2 months she's been here. She'll be spayed on Monday and will be looking for an adoptive family or another foster family. She gets along with all dogs, even a couple of cats but, chickens are a no no! Remember, I'm offering a free 6 week basic Obedience class to a local adopter!! This will help you bond with her. If you can't give her an active home, please share share share!! Let's have a home lined up for her! PS she loves water!

Hi! My name is Oreo, I am 7 months old and i weigh about 40 pounds ! I love cuddling, playing , eating and sleeping. My favorite toy to play with is tennis balls and i like stuffed toys too and sticks i always try to sneak them into the house. I'm good with dogs of all sizes and cats, i don't really hangout with the cats but we don't bother eachother. My foster family say im a very outgoing and smart dog, i know sit, lay down and bed, and i know how to go to my kennel for bedtime. I walk really good on a leash and harness and i love to give kisses to everyone! I do well in car rides and I need a fenced in yard because i love to run! I had 7 siblings and they all went to their forever homes , will you be the one to adopt me and give me my forever home? Fill out the adoption application through Sebring Angels.

Pinky (aka Pinky D**k or D**k) Has Special Powers!! She can actually FLY with those ears! 😆
Pinky is a playful amstaff/lab mix. She is approx 6 months old and weighs 26 lbs. Her foster mom and dad are teaching her manners. She gets along great with other dogs and ok with cats. Pinky cannot be around chickens. She likes to play and now likes the water too! Like any puppy, Pinky is still nipping and this CAN be changed. Her Foster Mom is offering a FREE 6 week obedience class to the adopters!

This little guy is Gizmo. A very sweet, energetic, 6 month old Jack Russell mix puppy that's great with other dogs and kids, but does not like cats. He weighs 21 pounds. This cute guy is Manny. He needs a home or a foster. He is from a hoarding situation, so he is not housebroken and does not walk well on a leash. We think he will overcome that with a better situation. He is 1 1/2 years old, 24 pounds and is a Terrier of some kind. He is shy at first but warms up to people. This is Ramona. She’s just a puppy at not quite a year old. She was saved from a Bad Human who beat her, which is good, but now she’s stuck with shelter living, which is very bad. She’s overcome with loneliness so she needs a patient foster who can teach her about the good life in a home. She’s fun and enthusiastic and just loves people.

Sebring Angels pays for food and medical care—all she needs is a cozy place to sleep and a lot of love.

We are so happy to tell you all that Savannah’s surgery was successful ! 👏👏👏 After 10 days in the care of Dr. Lovett and the team there, she is now recovering and thriving in her foster home. 😃 Now, having said all that, Savannah’s surgery was more expensive than we originally thought. You all help us so much and here we are, asking again. Please send love 🫶 and support for Savannah…every little bit helps! 🩷
