Large equestrian facility located in Sedalia, CO (between Littleton and Castle Rock) is looking for full or part time barn help. Must have reliable transportation, be fit enough to do a lot of walking and have a positive attitude. Applicants are required to fill out a job application and go through a short interview to determine if they want really to do this kind of work. Duties include feeding, cleaning stalls, blanketing and turn out. Candidates that have experience with heavy equipment (skid steer/tractor) may also perform property maintenance tasks. High end horse boarding facility is seeking a well rounded equestrian to oversee a large equestrian boarding operation. Farm is approximately 120 acres with a maximum of 50 horses. This would be a working manager position to supervise and guide staff to complete all daily tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Must have excellent communication skills. Our barn is about 1/3 dressage, 1/3 Hunter/Jumper and 1/3 pleasure riders and retired horses. Qualified applicant will be English speaking, have great attention to detail, not afraid of hard work, people skills related to both staff and customers, experience with horses, experience with relevant farm equipment, ability to work under pressure and multitask. References are required. In person interview required.

Large high end horse boarding facility is searching for a full time, live in manager. We are located in Sedalia, CO. Clients are primarily Hunter/Jumper and Dressage. Must have horse experience and an equine degree is preferred, have supervisory experience including hiring and firing of employees, scheduling of duties and an eye toward detail. Candidate should have knowledge of farm equipment and should be able to work along side of other crew members. Exceptional organizational skills needed as well as the ability to interact with owner, customers and vendors. Primary language should be English but some Spanish is necessary.
