It took a while to get all the pups pictures and go thought the 600 something shots to find the best ones, but here they are 😅. Some were the perfect models, others were wiggle butts hence the blurry pics. 😄All the pretty babies we had here for boarding this week and some from last week. All are so beautiful and I am so grateful to their parents for choosing us for their dogs' vacation destination..🥰

Merry Christmas from our family to yours! We hope everyone is enjoying a warm and peaceful day with their loved ones!
Some of you know I am from Bulgaria and often ask me about our customs and traditions. :) We are Orthodox Christians and Christmas Eve is really big for us. As it marks the end of the few weeks of Christmas fast, we cook only meals with no animal products. We set the table with either 7, 9 or 11 dishes with some of them representing harvest season in hopes to have a good harvest next year too. We bake a bread and put a coin in it. The oldest person in the family breaks the bread, leaves the first piece for God who is believed to come down overnight to bless the home and eat the bread, and splits the rest between everyone at the table. Whoever gets the coin is considered lucky and is expected to be the bread winner in the coming year. There are a few other rituals and a lot are paralels to the Western Santa traditions.:)
We also caught the nice lightning show in the sky last night 🥰

Brianna identifies as a dog and doesn't understand why I don't let her hang out with them all and why they are so hostile towards her. So our compromise is that she stays outside the gate and oversees pick ups and drop offs and then she can supervise dinner time, also from outside the door.🤣🤩🥰

Taking pictures of the doggies at daycare is the same as the kids in preK 3. Either you can't get them all to look at the camera at the same time, or, if you do, surely someone will make a silly face...🤣
