It’s calling for upper 60’s on Sunday!!! Man I need to get Ben aka Hank home from AZ and buy one more so my whole family can ride together again! It sucked losing two of our old girls over the past two years and now retiring a third. I miss our family outings.

Felise joined our Ranch 5 years ago. She wasn’t supposed to come home with us that day, but when we went to pick up Tikoa from the feedlot this beautiful gray mare was so sweet and probably the only reason we could catch him with all the chaos that we simply couldn’t leave her behind! She has proven to be a wonderful mare with a big heart. She went in for a dental today and during her exam it was found that she has cancer on her third eyelid. This came as a pretty big shock and needless to say we are pretty sad. As we wait to hear back from the vet about our treatment options for her… I’d love to hear if any of you have any experience with this and what worked/didn’t work? Overall she’s in great health so I’m trying to stay optimistic that with treatment maybe we can have at least another 5 years with her ❤️
