🐾 Happy New Year from the South Coastal Delaware Dog Park Team! 🎉

As we wrap up 2024 and welcome the new year, we want to take a moment to thank you, our amazing supporters! 💛 Since our first successful fundraiser, Tunes for Tails, back in August, we’ve been hard at work laying the foundation for our future dog park. Here's what we've been up to:

𝑺𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒄𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒈 f𝒐𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑷𝒆𝒓f𝒆𝒄𝒕 𝑺𝒑𝒐𝒕: Our board continues to scout for land to create a welcoming space for dogs and their humans. If you have land to donate, sell, or creative suggestions about this to share, we’d love to connect—send us a direct message here or email us with your ideas!

𝑩𝒖𝒊𝒍𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒏𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔: Board members held productive meetings with State Representative Ron Gray and the Delaware Alliance for Nonprofit Advancement to share our mission and gain valuable support for our cause.

𝑴𝒂𝒓𝒌 𝒀𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝑪𝒂𝒍𝒆𝒏𝒅𝒂𝒓𝒔! Our next fundraiser, Dine and Donate, will take place at Northeast Seafood Kitchen in Ocean View on January 22, 2025—stay tuned for details!

🐾 Next Step from SCDE Dog Park! 🐾

The South Coastal Delaware Dog Park Board of Directors is hard at work planning our next steps to make the dream of a dog park in South Sussex County a reality! 🙌 But we can’t do it without YOU! We need your help to spread the word about our mission to bring a safe, fun, and vibrant space for our furry friends and their owners to enjoy.

📢 We’ve created a flyer to get the word out, and we’re asking our amazing community to share it far and wide. Whether it’s on your social media pages, in local businesses you frequent, or via email to friends and dog lovers, every share helps us get closer to our goal!
