We made it home safe!!! BESO was such a trooper on a trek across the country that is hard on seasoned horses.

If I don’t sit in a truck for the next week, that would be ok by me! 🛻 🛻🛻🛻

What would be possible, if we were to ride / train our horses within the limits of their ability to comprehend, at the pace that allows for brain/body awareness within themselves, and the ability to connect to the rider & the rider’s movement thru the seat, and not “hand & leg cues”?

Would a horse be more efficient / effective at their job with a solid understanding of what is being asked?

Would responses be more accurate if the horse was in control of their own movement? Less injury? Healthier mindset? Fewer ulcers?

I bought a c**t that I’ll be picking up in the next couple months and want to find another (but hopefully cheaper)
c**t to be his best buddy/pasture mate.

We offer our horses the best horse life, with pasture time, shelter when weather is yucky, fans in the summer, good food & endless love from a horse crazy woman. 😉

Limiting our search to Oklahoma.

A glimpse of a day in my blessed life…

It’s been a year since we bought SWAYZE, the 15 yr old charro trained dancing Azteca stallion who has had zero socializing, of any kind.

It’s been a year of helping him balance his nervous system.

A year of finding ways to help him self regulate his emotions.

A Year of helping him find connection to his own body & a more natural movement.

The only way that I have been able to achieve this, is by clearing a path for HIM to do the work.

It’s been such a road. It’s made me dig deep. It’s made me fall in love, deeper than I could ever imagine…. All for a horse.

He has helped me gain a deeper understanding of a horse living outside of his own body, with no regulation - more so than any other horse I have ever encountered.

I’m so thankful for him & so honored to have this opportunity to truly connect to a horse, meet him where he is at, and allow him to rewrite his own story, to find his way to a balanced, social, relaxed & confident life.
