Hey everyone, I've unfortunately had more than a few no-call no-shows lately, and I just want to express the importance of communication when it comes to missing your appointment!!! I cannot fill no-show appointments, so a simple text message letting me know you're going to be late would allow me to potentially rearrange my schedule so I can still accommodate your appointments. I send out 2 reminders- one week before your appointment and again 24hrs before your appointment. This should give ample time for you to let me know if you can't make it!!! I understand things can happen last minute, but I need to have some sort of communication if it does. ***Failure to communicate will result in a no-show fee of 50% of your groom price!*** I do try to be as flexible as possible, but I simply cannot keep missing out on these $100+ grooms... I appreciate your understanding, and as always, thank you all for choosing The Diva Dog 🥰🐶

‼️‼️‼️Hey everyone! Just wanted to mention that I've had a few spots on my schedule open up here recently and I'm now looking to fill them! These spots are ONLY available for clients who stay on a regular schedule, as I am not able to accommodate dogs who are groomed 1-2 times a year at this time. Exciting things are happening at The Diva Dog!!! 🥳🥳🥳 I am sooo happy to announce that I will once again be working alongside a longtime great friend and awesome groomer, Destiny! She will eventually have her very own shop, but for now we will be partnering up at The Diva Dog and working side by side to give your babies the best grooming experience ever! I personally will NOT be taking on any new clients at this time, so I highly recommend that you reach out to Destiny if you're interested in getting on the schedule. She is AWESOME.. so get in while you can!!

Good evening Facebook! I apologize for not posting sooner, I am still recovering from the holidays! You guys made me work! 😅 But I loved seeing everyone and had so much fun making your Christmas gifts, and I got some amazing goodies and gifts in return!! 😋 I've never felt so appreciated, you all are the absolute best!!!!

That being said, this is my vacation week! More like "staycation" lol, but regardless, I won't be back at the salon until next week! Please bear with me if you've left messages as I'll have quite a bit to catch up on I'm sure.. you guys are always keeping me busy!

BTW... if I have forgotten to give anyone your Christmas gift (everyone should have gotten one), please let me know at your next appointment! I've got some set aside to make for those who were missed.
