Richard Smith really delivered an awesome fun night of Halloween tips. We hope the Halloween Hoe Down was half as much fun as we had tonight. So much laughter, great costumes, delicious snacks & absolutely delightful dancing! A great way to spend Friday night with some amazing people! Prayers for all the ones who weren't able to be with us for various reasons, you are always missed!

Wednesday, October 22 – Introduction to Square Dancing for prospective students followed by a Plus Workshop with Joe Arnold calling.
Friday, October 24 – Tips and Treats Halloween Dance with Richard Smith calling, no rounds.

Swiss Alps Dance this Friday, September 26 with Sam Rowan calling. Early rounds with Tom Bunn 7:00pm, Mainstream with announced Plus and rounds between tips 7:30 to 9:30pm.

Our pirate dance proved highly successful, with 3 or 4 squares on the floor. Mike Michael Cox demonstrated strong leadership, sparing us from having to walk the plank! We cherished the chance to convene and celebrate Tom Lund's sincere expression of love and gratitude to his wife Ilean, commemorating 56 years of marriage blessed by God, with many more to follow. We miss those who were unable to participate and continue to pray for those recovering. Michael Cox

Judy Bearden is moving to be near her family. She has been a devoted square and round dancer and loyal member of the Thunderbirds for many years. Her square dance wedding to Robert remains a cherished memory for many. We wish her continued happiness and will miss her presence!

Friday's fairytale night dance was a success as Mike kept us on our toes. Many individuals were missed due to wrapping up last-minute vacations, but it was still a fun night with plenty of laughter, refreshments, and entertainment. Can't wait to see you all at our next dance on Friday, September 12 – Regular Dance with Tony Simmons calling and Tom Bunn cueing.
