Fun times at the farm

New additions, Rosie and Chief.

Their owner died by su***de last week, leaving her beloved dogs in our care prior to checking out of life.

This has been both a tremendous trauma and also an affirmation of our barn family closeness and love for one another. We function in disaster.

These two sweet dogs and our farm have been adjusting to a new normal. This has been a difficult journey for everyone.

I have been wondering how to answer “what can I do” messages. In the coming days I will be putting together action items of what I need to help make this work.
