WAG Welfare for Animals Guild

Our aim is to protect animals from neglect, abuse, & exploitation, & to advocate for their welfare. WAG is a dog rescue on the Olympic Peninsula, WA.

Our animals are cared for in foster homes and at the Halfway Home Ranch until loving, permanent homes are found. All of our dogs are spayed, neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and provided with appropriate veterinary care. Our goals are:
To rescue lost, neglected, ill, injured or abandoned dogs. To provide those animals a safe place until adoption. To provide a resource for people that can no longer take care of their dogs. To find loving, forever homes for dogs in need.

Basil and Honey were soaking up the sun yesterday afternoon. These sweet girls are a bonded pair and are looking for a home together. Basil is a 6 yr old Chihuahua mix and Honey is a 10 yr old dachshund. Please apply to adopt Basil and Honey through our website or spread the word to help us find these ladies a forever home.

"Mikki is doing great and about to turn 15 years old. She is the perfect calming influence on my other senior adoptee, Mr. Lucky. Her most favorite things are being outdoors- sitting in the sun, napping on the patio , leisurely walks, car rides to the park, and looking out the windows at home or sleeping on her cuddly bed. Her calm, graceful and elegant demeanor has made her a neighbor favorite as well. She is well loved."
