TGIF! Big shoutout to Lisa! 🎉 If you haven’t had the pleasure of meeting Lisa, here is a little about her:

Lisa has over 20 years of experience as a Veterinary Technician. Practically growing up in the veterinary field, she learned a great deal about dog behavior, demeanor, and most importantly learned to quickly recognize symptoms of illnesses and injuries. She is also skilled and trained in providing care for critical patients, administering medications and injections, and so much more.

Lisa is the most empathetic and patient with even the most fearful and nervous dogs, helping them to better adjust during their stay. At The Wag Social, she loves spending each and every day with all the different dogs and getting to know each one of them personally! Lisa is grateful that she can bring her past skills and experiences to help provide the best possible care for day campers and boarding dogs.

We are so thankful to have her!

Let’s talk about cold temperatures while boarding! ❄️🥰🐶🛌

All of our suites include Kuranda Dog Beds, however, during the colder months a lot of dog parents like to pack an extra warm bed or blankets to be placed on top or blankets. The bed/blankets from home not only help provide more warmth, but also smell like home! If you forget, don’t worry we have extras! If your dog has short hair and gets cold this time of year, feel free to pack a sweater for when they are running around outside.

Some dogs if they are lucky, have a thick coated sibling that they can use as their own personal blanket (see last photo).
