We have a couple things to celebrate today! First off we want to welcome Kona to the pack for his first day of daycare! We also had a few March birthdays to celebrate! Let’s welcome Kona to the pack and wish these happy pups a very happy birthday! 🐾🎉

We also want to thank everyone who came in today for having their Gingr accounts all set up! If you haven’t already, please make sure you are setting up those accounts!! We officially launched today! If you have any questions please reach out!!

All punch cards for daycare that had punches left were added to your account! If you typically have a punch card and you’re not seeing it on your gingr account that means you are due for a new one. Feel free to purchase a new one through the new app or new website portal!

If you don’t have a gingr account you MUST make one before you come in for daycare or boarding. We are launching tomorrow Monday, 3/31 and this will be the ONLY way we take any reservations.

You are able to now go to our main website pghpaws.com to reach your gingr portal.

If you have a boarding reservation and have not signed up for Gingr we will hold your reservation for the next week. We cannot move your spot after this week without an account.

ATTENTION!!!
If you have made a Gingr account, majority of reservations are transferred over! If you notice there is a reservation missing please give us a call or email us!

If you do have any reservations booked and still haven't made an account please do so so we can transfer them over to the new system. We have sent texts to those who haven't made an account. We are launching Monday 3/31!

For daycare clients: Please start using the portal for daycare on Monday 3/31! Tomorrow is the last day that we will be doing signups the old way. If you are a daycare client and haven't made an account we cannot have your dog for daycare unless they are signed up in Gingr so please try and get this in!

Gingr Updates:

We are almost one week away til launch!🥳

If you have registered for the system, we have removed temperament tests from any dog that has been here already. If you do have any reservations that you want to book that take place after the 3/31 you may do so on the Gingr app! Any reservations that you already booked are still being transferred over. A good chunk of reservations we had were uploaded by Kallie or Alyssa! Feel free to check on the app and update anything as needed.

Daycare signups will still be on our main website (the old way) until 3/31!!!!

Make sure to get any vaccinations you may have uploaded to the portal as that will be our only proof of vaccinations moving forward. You can always email a copy over to [email protected] too! If we have done the bordetella vaccine here and you dont have a copy let us know and we can upload that for you!

If you have not registered and either have a reservation coming up or use our daycare services please make sure you are creating an account as soon as possible. This will need done before the 31st or you won’t be able to book for boarding or daycare without an account!

Attention clients!

We are excited to announce our new software system will launch Monday March 31st! We will post more information soon!!

As for now:

We appreciate everyone who has taken the time to create an online account with us. With the volume of clients we have, uploading the paper vaccines we have at the resort, is taking us longer than we originally assumed.

If you could please help us out by signing into your account and uploading photos of your animals most recent vaccines! If you uploaded vaccines when creating the account, you are good! Kallie and Alyssa have also been making their way through some of them as well, so if you log in and see that vaccines have been updated, you are good!

If you have a reservation with us, we will transfer it over! Please continue to use pghpaws.com to continue signing up for daycare and submitting boarding reservations!
