Update: It looks like it's an issue with the Google Cloud Storage that the website is linked to. This is also why the images aren't loading. I have a tech request in, and am expecting them to fix it by tomorrow morning - they're usually fairly fast. The timer is updated and entry deadline will be extended as needed.

In the meantime, I got word from our awards coordinator Ashley Hefty that our ribbons came in - they look fantastic!

Hi all,

I've got about 50+ messages in my inbox with issues entering the show today. As I said in earlier posts, I wasn't able to get to my messages this weekend. I just finished cleaning up poultry barn for our county fair- it has been an exhausting but great week as superintendent, and right now I'm running on about 4 hours of sleep.

I will see what's going on with the system, and how long it has been happening, and fix it. It is possible I will extend the deadline for everyone.

Thanks everyone for being patient and keeping the emails polite - hang tight if you don't personally hear back from me tonight yet. I will get this fixed and keep you all updated.

Only 5 Days Left to Enter the 2025 Virtual Poultry Show!

The countdown is on—entries close in just 5 days, and no late entries will be accepted this year. If you're planning to participate, now is the time to get everything submitted. Do not wait until the last minute.

The Virtual Show is free to enter and open to all poultry types—chickens, ducks, turkeys, guineas, quail, and more. Every entry receives feedback from licensed judges, and this year we have over $1,500 in prizes, recognition for rare breeds, youth, showmanship, and a full YouTube judging series highlighting your birds.

Very important: I will not be available Friday, Saturday, or Sunday to help with any entry issues. That means if something goes wrong over the weekend, I won’t be able to fix it. Please submit your entries now so we can resolve any issues early.

Hi peeps! Some of you may have noticed I'm not responding to messages. Nothing to be alarmed at, I'm not on social media as much, even if I'm posting (most are scheduled).

If you need something, I'm usually pretty easy to find in person, just ask around.

If it's not urgent, please double check my website (www.pipsnchicks.com), previous posts, and YouTube. Most questions I get are answered already.

Otherwise, email ([email protected]) is the best way to reach me in general. I have notifications on, and usually answer within the day on most business days- whenever I get to a computer.

My social media is not my life, and that's on purpose... I know it's easy to want instant answers, but when it comes down to it, the in person memories are ones you don't get back. My job, family and animals, keep me more than busy and happy! Not to mention, some projects up my sleeve...

Finally starting to see the size come through in my pharaohs... A long ways to go but have a good base built: tight wings, good heads, correct feet, legs and markings. Wide p***c bones and birds scoring 2.5 on my temperament scale. I'm pretty darn happy with how the line is coming together.
