I hope I never actually catch someone dumping dogs off or puppies off out here in the country because if I do the person that’s dumping the dogs Off is going to be stranded sitting on the side of the road with a disabled vehicle wondering how am I going to get to town? How are we going to eat? Where are we, and your dogs are going to be in a nice warm home
