Mark you calendar and get your work gloves out :)

We have set a Work Day for March 22 at 10:30am.

Bring tools, lumber, paint, w**d eaters, chairs, water, etc.

📍We will be fixing the Fences, Painting fences, Cleaning the grounds, Mowing, cleaning the bathrooms and grounds, etc.

📍The Club will provide Lunch.

We are looking forward to a WONDERFUL year and we are so grateful for all of our Members support.
We literally couldn't do it without you!

Mark your calendars for the upcoming Tack Swap on March 8th!!
This will also be a great time to invite potential new members and have a 'Meet and Greet' with a lot of the members.

There is a strong possibility that we will also have a Coggins Clinic on the same day, so be watching for that update.

💥Spots will be $15 (you bring your table and canopy's).
💥Vendors can set up at 8am.
💥Open to Public at 11am.
💥If we can get the Coggins Clinic on the same day, it will also start at 11am.

We will get an 'Event' made as soon. We are waiting to see if we can confirm the Vet.

Get your tack clean up, your horsey wares together and anything else you want to sell, so we can all have a great day!

Howdy Folks!

2025 looks to be an AMAZING year with lots of new events and upgrades on the agenda.
We do need the help and support of our members and community.
If anyone has leads for the following, we would greatly appreciate it:
*Truck and contacts to get a few loads of River Sand and Chat
*Lumber for some arena repairs and new obstacles
*Large amount of paint for wood and metal
*Carport (20x20 or larger) for meetings and community events

This year we are also going to work on communication with our members.
If you would like to be on our email list/text list, please PM us with your email address and phone number(with provider SMS).
****We will NOT sell your info, this is just a means for us to send you show reminders, event reminders and occasional updates.

Work Days and Play Days!
We really want to get the arena and grounds in top shape for our valued members to enjoy.
**We do need man power on fence repairs, obstacle building, landscaping, trail work (on
property), etc.
Once we have the obstacles and repairs completed, we can look into having play days and
more member events.

If you are interested in helping out, please comment below and we will get some dates together.

Bays mountain saddle club is now selling sponsors ship for the 2025show season. What you get is a nice 3x4 banner that is put up at every show (6to9) a year also called out several times during the show. All this for 250 dollars with us getting the banner.
