Dear Pride & Pedigree Clients,
It’s come to my attention that some Clients may not be aware of our appointment-based system or may need a reminder, so I thought I’d take this opportunity to clarify. P&P typically sees just one pet family at a time. We never kennel or crate our 4-legged clients, nor do we keep clients prior to or after their appointments unless it has been previously discussed and agreed upon. I do my best to set expectations on completion times and always text a client 15-30 minutes prior to pick-up time to make it even easier for pet parents. Not only is timeliness appreciated, but it is also expected. I work very hard to stay on schedule to provide a calm and smooth experience for every dog. Even arriving early can affect another client’s session. Additionally, please specify if there is a specific time you need the grooming to be completed. I’ll do my best to accommodate your needs. I fully understand that appointment-based grooming doesn’t work for everyone and understand if P&P isn’t a fit. That said, if you are more than 10 min late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule. If you are more than 10 min late for pick-up, late charges may apply.
