Starting today the Catskill and Hudson Valley Region are in a prolonged Arctic Blast with dangerously low temperatures, especially at night. Please note that keeping dogs outside for prolonged periods, tethered or without proper shelter is illegal. If you see something, say something! Some dog breeds like huskies and Icelandic sheepdogs are bred for cold winter climates and enjoy being outside in snowy cold weather more than other dog breeds.
