Goals:

Our biggest concern is the unnecessary killing by animal facilities of bully breeds, as well as, all homeless dog breeds because of a lack of space. A growing concern of ours is the surrendering of family pets to kill facilities and the abandonment of pets. Before choosing to do either, consider the following...

* they have uncondit

* they only want to please
* they depend on you
* you are ultimately killing them

Animal overpopulation throughout the U.S. could be drastically reduced by turning irresponsible owners into responsible owners or by holding those bad owners accountable for their actions. Backyard breeding must stop. Batch breeding must stop. Only qualified individuals should oversee and set breeding standards to avoid in-breeding and other unfortunate circumstances. Vision:

Pit pride will prevail against all of those owners who abuse their pits (in one way or another) and will lead to positive pit press, again. We, the true dog lovers, must expose the criminal riff-raff who continue to participate in illegal and irresponsible acts and those who mis-handle and mis-treat our precious pits. There are many organizations dedicated to restoring the pit bull image, we are one example. Although pit bulls have advocates everywhere, one negative event will stand out more in society's mind, requiring at least ten positive events to reverse the damage. It is an uphill struggle and we all have pledged our heart and soul for our love of the American Staffordshire Terrier and the American Pit Bull Terrier. If you are unable to adopt a pit, please consider fostering a pit, or, at the very least, sponsor or make a donation to support a pit or pits.

💕💕Adopted rescue Karli update💕💕

Karli is doing very well at her new home. She has made herself at home and is enjoying life as a couch potato when she hangs out with her new family in the TV room. (SHE DESERVES THE COUCH POTATO LIFE AFTER HER SEVERAL YEAR WAIT TO FIND A HOME❤️) The Airshow a few weeks back didn’t agree with her with all the jets and helicopters flying so loudly but she is back on the road to the good life! Here a few pictures of this sweet girl having a bath at Hollywood Feed in PTC.

💕Many thanks to her new owners for showing the patience that she needs to be successful. Rescue dogs come with lots of baggage sometimes. Patience and Love solves it all💕

BullyWag, Inc is still in need of fosters for these 10 week old pups (born 8/19/24) - 4 girls and 4 boys. We would prefer them to be fostered in pairs but understand that's not always possible.
These pups are friendly, playful, very tame and have very sweet personalities. They love to explore so a totally fenced yard is needed.
All food and medical care is covered. We just need you to continue with their potty training, basic commands, and socializing with people and other pets. Fostering allows you to experience pet ownership and how fulfilling it is to make a difference.

BullyWag, Inc is in need of puppy fosters. We have 4 girls and 4 boys that will be 10 weeks old on Wednesday.
They've had their first round of vaccines so they're not ready to make their debut at an adoption event just yet.
We provide the food, heartworm and flea/tick meds, and continue their needed vaccines. Can you to help with their care including socialization, potty training, and giving them lots of love and affection? We would prefer them to be fostered in pairs if at all possible.
Their Mom is extremely feral and has yet to be captured but she stays close by. She had the pups under a shed. She is fed and receives her monthly heartworm prevention and flea/tick meds so this is a plus. Hopefully, she will eventually trust her caretaker enough so she can be spayed.

Scared Rescue Mason Needs A Loving Home To Be Happy

BullyWag, Inc. Rescue doggie Mason is scared of strangers and seeks the comfort of my lap. Two of his siblings (Bernie and Lilith) were --- WERE --- scared of strangers, too, because as puppies the litter seems to have been denied loving human contact, but Bernie and Lilith have been transformed into happy dogs by going to a home, where beautiful people love and adore them, and now follow their humans with their tails wagging and sleep in bed cuddling with their humans, and run and play in their own yard. I am praying that sweet, scared Mason gets the same opportunity so, at our Petco adoption events, seeing him cower in his pen when a kind customer gets in the pen with him, he pushes his head into the metal corner, I sit in the pen and he leaps into my lap and I hold him and his fear touches my soul, because I know --- I KNOW --- all he needs to become someone’s happy pup is a loving home of his own.

Our pup Milli Mustard went for her 2 week trial with her adoptive family yesterday. Her foster Mom Allison and I drove her for the home visit 1 1/2 hours away. She's a wonderful car rider.
I think this is a "Norman Rockwell" photo moment of her sitting at the table with the kids at breakfast. She's not a beggar.

Yesterday “Hazel” who has been renamed “Heidi” found her forever home with one of the most loving families you could meet. Heidi has a giant backyard to run and play, will be taking walks in the neighborhood and starts free obedience classes with our trainer this week! Another dog in our care just hit the jackpot and doesn’t know it yet. We couldn’t ask for a more caring and welcoming family than Joann and Bill.

After 3 1/2 years….. 💕💕💕KARLI HAS FOUND HER FOREVER HOME!! 💕💕💕Her new parents fell in love with her instantly and she went home yesterday. We visited her again this morning and she is doing FANTASTIC. This is the absolute best outcome for Karli that we could have imagined. Once she has become acquainted with her new surroundings, she will start daily walks on the PTC walking paths. She has a fabulous backyard that backs onto a golf course. Karli is in heaven! She is even going to start training with our trainer to work on her basic obedience skills.

This is a BIG DEAL for all the volunteers who work for BullyWag. Everyone loves Karli with all their heart and are so proud she has made it home! Thank you Pam and Dick for taking a chance on one of the most deserving adoptions we have ever made 💕💕💕

They are in our booth in the Amethyst Room and on the side patio area. Most are brand new with a few great ones that are gently used. We sold quite a few at Treasures' Marketday Saturday but definitely have some great ones left.
