It’s been a few weeks since we celebrated Wash Wednesday, so here’s a cute picture of Baron during his recent spa day. 🛁

Regular grooming is an essential part of your pet’s healthcare. Bathing cleans the skin and coat, and allows you time to do a body scan. Groomers are often the first to find new bumps or other conditions that may otherwise go unnoticed.

Baron and his sister Belle suffer from on-going skin issues so they get a special medicated wash between their hypoallergenic shampoo and conditioner. At first they were apprehensive, but now they are appreciative of the relief their baths offer.

Cats benefit from regular bathing to cleanse their coat of dirt and oil. Long haired kitties like this Maine Coone need the brush and blow-out to release the excess undercoat. We recommend grooming every 4-6 weeks for best results.

Many believe cats groom themselves, but that’s inaccurate—cats lick themselves. Their saliva contributes to the dirty coat and hairballs without doing anything to clean them. Ask yourself this: would you feel clean after a spit bath? I doubt it! Same goes for your kitty.

We’ve seen him and his family go through many life changes, and they have watched our business grow and change over the years. We are grateful for their support and trust with their beloved boy!

Dog walks provide mental stimulation as well has an outlet for your dog’s physical energy.

Some dogs enjoy a fast-paced, rigorous walk or run, while others prefer to take time to stop and smell the roses. Both are beneficial! 15 minutes of sniffing can be just as good as a mile long walk!
