Tomorrow will be 9 weeks since this little guy joined us. He's grown so much and is such a joy. He lives and loves at full speed, then he crashes and sleeps, looking like the angel he is. He loves everyone, giving both the humans and dogs kisses. He makes sure no one is forgotten. Yesterday we were upstairs at the Airbnb and Stella cried because she was the only one left downstairs. Toby ran downstairs and encouraged her to come up. She was so proud of herself when she made it up those stairs! If Ginger is outside and not coming in, Toby will go get her and herd her in. If I'm not walking to the door fast enough in the morning, he grabs my shorts and pulls me along 😜.

Toby is 8 months now and still learning how to manage those long legs. He's grown into his ears but can be quite clumsy when running at full speed. He goads Stella to play with him until she can't say no anymore, then runs as fast as he can to avoid her getting him! We were not planning on adopting this guy but our home would be so empty without him!

Update from Simon's family:

"Hi Tammy! I hope you and your family are all doing well.
Today is our 1 year anniversary of adopting Simon and we all couldn’t be more in love. We are one happy family.
Simon continues to gain confidence and try new things but is always good with our usual routines. He is such a pleasure to be with and is cute as can be.
Here a few pics ranging from Christmas, to bedtime (tho he sleeps in his crate), to the solar eclipse down in southern Illinois earlier this month.
Thanks again for making it possible for Paul, Simon and I to be together. 💕🦮❤️"

🎶🎶 We are FAMILY! I got all my sisters and me!" 🎶🎶

We have absolutely fallen in love with Horus and have officially adopted him! His new name is Toby. He really is a gem and has fit in so perfectly with us. We are so blessed that he doesn't ever have to leave us and we will get his snuggles, kisses and occasional piranha nibbles forever!

It was a beautifully sunny day for Horus's first time at a dog park! He was the youngest and smallest dog there but he did exceptionally well. I love seeing that big smile on his face!
