Nebraskans spend $400 million gambling in neighboring states EVERY YEAR! That is 400 MILLION DOLLARS residents of Nebraska lose every single year. Don't fall for the lies of those standing to benefit off Nebraskans. We need to KEEP THE MONEY IN NEBRASKA by voting YES to 429, 430, 431

• 429 = legalize gaming

• 431 = taxing casino revenue

This is , an important member of the team. Although Dave would prefer his job be limited to greeting barn visitors and cleaning up the peppermints, he has many jobs!
Dave is mainly a buddy for the racers and babies. As they try to navigate their way through the sensory overloader that is the world, he tells them everything is okay and to follow his lead. It's a tough job but he is the best there ever was! •

Howdy! 🤠 let me introduce ourselves..
We are a couple of track rats (AKA backside brats, barn rats, bucket scrubbers) that grew up, fell in love, and now hustle everyday, side-by-side, to keep our, shared, lifelong dream alive. We train and race thoroughbred race horses. It's a hard life at times but we truly wouldn't have it any other way. Our horses save us daily; from providing the food we eat, to keeping our spirits up.. they are always there to save the day.
We hold holistic views and believe in natural horsemanship. Our horses and their best interest come first, no question.
I'm Shelby and will be the main manager of this account. Allow me to introduce us:

Jesse, the cowboy and head honcho of this operation, holds a finance degree from the University of Nebraska Lincoln and has been cowboy-ing all his life. He is the son of trainer, James Compton (winner of over 1,000 races) and nephew of hall of fame rider, Perry Compton.
Shelby, the cowboy lady and second in command, is a professional groom who has worked for several notable trainers. She is a third-generation in the world of horse racing and is full of passion for the sport and her partner. .

A little video I quickly put together. This is our farm in Shelby. It serves as our "home base". We return off and on, generally in the winter. There is a lull in racing in the midwest for a couple months during the deep of winter and we use that time to recuperate the racers as well as buy and break babies. The farm comes in handy as there are no tracks for us to stable at during this time and generally we live nomadically from track to track. Last year we decided to stay at the farm for the summer and ship to multiple tracks to race. I felt that was necessary to explain because most the clips in this video are from the summer or fall! Lol
