It is the largest day of global giving! After a long weekend of shopping and holiday activities we know it’s been an expensive few days and we wish didn’t come last. We do want you to know that even a $5 donation today would mean so much to us. It costs us over $10,000 a month to run our program and every dollar definitely counts. Our special babies depend on your support and we are grateful for all of you!

Jax needs a new home! …
This sweet little dude was adopted many years ago and has had a wonderful loving family that is willing to do whatever it takes to find him a more compatible home! Unfortunately, his human sibling is now on the move and that has become an issue for Jax.
Jax really wants to be an only pup and prefers being one on one with his family, but he is the most fantastic little tripod boy! His current family is continuing to foster him for now and says he does well being separated and rotated. He loves older children, and does not meet a human stranger, but little ones and other animals are really not his jam. He is fantastic, but he would like to have a home where he is the center of attention! We absolutely have to share what his mom has to say about him….. Jax is surely a perfect fit for someone ❤️❤️

Jax Bio

-He is the most loyal companion and protector
-His love languages are quality time, physical touch and food
-As the fates would have it he's allergic to grass (which he loves running on and rolling around in) and his paws can get pretty irritated. He's great at wearing little socks and loves baths
-He is the biggest cuddle and snuggle bug.
-He loves to be pampered and rubbed (especially his front leg)
-He loves his toys and playing fetch outside
-He loves going on walks but is not leash trained. He gets so excited that he will sometimes walk you
-He loves wearing his clothes especially in the winter
-He loves to sleep right next to us and is like a heat pump
-He knows commands, sit, speak, quiet
-His favorite words are treats, go bye bye, toys, ball, or outside
-He loves to sing (be sure to howl and he’ll howl too, swinging his body proudly)
-He loves to sunbathe
-He loves to play fetch. Don't let the 3 legs fool you, he is FAST!
-He is vocal if he hears a doorbell, knock on the door, or if he is just excited to see you
-He does great on trips and long car rides. He lived in DE with us and made multiple car trips back and forth from KY
-He loves riding in the car but may want to come and sit on your lap
-Where we are he is, he is our little shadow
-He is great with adults and warms up to you quickly.
-He wants to be an only child
-He sleeps very soundly and will sometimes chase squirrels in his sleep
-If you work from home, he’ll snuggle on a pillow next to you won’t make a peep.
-He is good on stairs despite having 3 legs
-House and crate trained when you are gone
