I spend hours upon hours watching the crazy & wild antics of our dog's on a daily basis & wish I were more eloquent in finding the words to convey to everyone what these dogs have to share & bring into people's lives.....without knowing & unconditionally. It never seems to matter my mood, or the issues that bring me cause to worry, my hounds can while away every concern instantly with a simple look. The resent snow seemed to bring out the puppy even in some of our most seasoned veteran dogs.

We hope everyone enjoyed a wonderful Christmas this year. Mayhem made quick work of opening Christmas presents for all the dogs. We cooked 2 hams this year, 1 for the dogs t share and another for us humans. The dogs all enjoyed their Christmas ham, peas, & Sweet potatoes for dinner then they each got Bully Sticks & their favorite Pumpkin Spice flavored snack rings! It was great watching them enjoy a great doggy dinner.

Hi everyone! I would like to encourage you all to watch Forrest Sanders' segment tonight, August 27th, on News Channel 5 @ 6:00 where he interviews us about our hounds and the privilege we've had in providing Smokey 10 & 11 as mascots to the University of Tennessee. I hope the puppies get a lot of air time since they are much more interesting and better looking than I am. I will try to provide a link, when available, so those outside the viewing area can watch. Hello folks.
Here's one of the reasons we've been off grid some what. The other is the ongoing spinal issues I've dealt with over the years. Sure hoping the new upcoming testing can give some insight & potentially a solution on this matter. My heart goes out to all of you that suffer extreme spinal issues.
