As a small farm, we face challenges and successes, including our store's performance since opening. We've provided individual cuts to the community for over a year, but our limited resources have made it difficult to keep up with demand.

1/4 Beef for sale (94 lbs of beef) with as follows:

Roast - 8.66 lbs.

27 rolls - 2 lb ground beef

2 rolls - 1 lb ground beef

short ribs - 4.66 lbs

skrit steak - 4.94 lbs

flank - 1.14 lbs.

Sirloin steaks - 4.87 lbs (8 steaks)

Stew meat - 5.28 lbs

This page provides our customers with a current Custom Beef Price List and a sample Customer packet. Both of these papers are given to our customers when making purchases so you know how our cattle are raised and how the processor process works. When buying in bulk you need to consider your freezer size, which cuts you prefer, and most importantly what’s your budget. 💰 We have also included a “Know Your Cuts” section. This allows our customers to see exactly what each cut would be that you can select from on the cut sheet. Customers get the opportunity to select the amount of meat they would like in specific cuts. 🥩🍔 We can talk the talk, but can we walk the walk? Customers get the chance after a purchase to leave reviews of purchased beef and service.
