I have been teaching people to ride for over 20 years now. Half of my life! Some of my first students are now trainers themselves, showing on the pro circuit, or getting married and starting families. I have long ago lost track of how many people I taught to ride. I retired from showing and training years ago, but have still enjoyed impacting lives through giving lessons.

That being said, I have made the difficult decision to retire. Aside from being at the mercy of the weather, I have 4 school aged children involved in multiple extracurriculars, homework and school projects, on top of helping out with the mowing business. I have loved teaching each and every one of my students! But now it's time to focus on my family. Thank you so much for everything, it was a heck of a ride!

Due to the intense heat wave this week, instead of cancelling lessons, we'll be having a fun day on Thursday at 10 am! $25 per kid (Siblings 3 and under free!). Show up in your swimsuit, wear lots of sunscreen, bring water (or be prepared to drink out of the hose pipe!) I'm going to put on music, and we're going to finger paint Bubba, eat popscicles, wash Froggy and Linc, and bob for apples with the horses! Please let me know how many will be coming before Wednesday so I can make sure and have enough popscicles and apples!
