Help us replenish our sponsorship fund and leave overpopulation behind!

Spay/neuter surgeries have many medical benefits for the individual pet and can be life saving. These surgeries also help to combat the devastating pet overpopulation. Many loving pet owners in Middle Tennessee need help to spay or neuter their pet.

Reaching out and helping these owners is fundamental to reducing pet overpopulation. Your donation will provide a spay or neuter for a pet whose owner otherwise couldn't afford it. Additionally, since community cats which include strays and ferals produce 80 percent of the kittens that end up in shelters, donations can also be made to help these animals.

Any amount of a donation will help! $10, $20. We appreciate any amount.

A $55 donation will sterilize a female cat and provide for the rabies vaccination ($45 for a male). $85 will cover the cost of a female dog under 50 pounds and a rabies vaccination ($70 for a male).

Middle Tennessee Spay & Neuter Clinic opened in January 2010 and since that time has sterilized over 40,000 animals. MTSNC is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization so your donation is tax deductible.

Our mission is to provide affordable, high quality spay and neuter services for animal owners and caretakers in Middle Tennessee in order to reduce pet overpopulation.

Spaying and neutering can help prevent uterine and ovarian cancer in female pets, and prostate cancer in male pets. It can also reduce the risk of breast cancer in female pets.

Spayed and neutered pets are often more relaxed, affectionate, and less aggressive. They may also be less likely to roam and fight.
Lifespan
Spayed and neutered pets tend to live longer lives than other pets.

Spaying and neutering helps reduce the number of unwanted animals in the community.

If you see a cat please try to help it. We have resources to help you. We have traps you can borrow with a returnable deposit and starting in February we will have assistance grants for stray, community cats. Let's help cats now in the winter before they get pregnant.
