Who we are and why

Dr. Charly Stansbery started the practice in 2016 because she is dedicated to continuing to serve the Southeastern North Dakota region. Her grandmother was born and raised in Chaffee, ND in the early 1900s and moved to Tracy, MN to marry. Dr. Charly was raised in MN and spent a lot of time in the red barn pictured above. This was where she developed her passion on her grandparents farm as well as at others. Now, Dr. Charly and her husband Pat own their own farm with a big red barn back in Sheldon where Pat is from. Red barns developed her passion to care for animals and learn as much as possible about them. Dr. Charly continues to feel that same passion she did as a young girl and has developed a team that feels the same way she does. We try to embody the small town spirit and service with compassionate and high quality animal care. Our clinic doesnā€™t match this red barn in appearance but it matches it in spirit and feeling.
