On a Facebook site someone asked how do I start prepping? What should I do? Here was my answer to them:
Turn off all your utilities at the home. Even for just an hour or two will give you a good starting point in how you need to prep. Then go one full 24-hour period, without using your debit card or credit card or cash or checks or a vehicle that uses gasoline or electricity.
This will start to give you an idea of what you need in your life. For example: how am I going to open that can of soup with no electricity? How am I going to heat it up if I want to eat warm soup? How am I going to stay warm enough in my home to survive?
What food can I keep stored if I have no refrigeration or very little refrigeration?

Maybe: "Cats rule & Dogs drool" or "Please come back down and cuddle and play" or "Why don't you come up here?"
-Our Dachshund puppy has always acted like she thinks she's a cat and this has just seemed to cement it in her mind.
-These 2 live each other and play and cuddle. The kitten was feral and the elderly neighbor man that feed the kittens and mother cat had wanted this kitten. He now doesn't want her because he doesn't want to keep her inside. So she is our's now. She likes an hour or so outside daily and the dog stays right with her.

Surgery complications that I didn't expect. I think I'm I've figured out a problem that I'm having. I believe I have Uvular Necrosis. I have a very low immune system, so necrosis in the back of my throat is not a really good thing.
The little thing in the back of the throat, its called the uvular. An uvular injury is a rare complication of intubation, the tube put down your throat for general anesthesia surgery. If I talk more than a few sentences it gets more irritated and then it makes me cough. I'm not supposed to cough because coughing or sneezing can cause my surgery repair to fail. So texting is definitely best. This hopefully will heal in the 2 weeks that it shows online. I'm trying to get into the doctor to get antibiotics if needed and any meds to help. Right now just using Ricola which is a cough suppressant and and oral anesthetic.

Please can you try calling a Verizon Cellphone from your CenturyLink landline? That is where the problem appears to be. It is an area wide problem even affecting CenturyLink customers on both ends of Shelton and possibly wider area.
