I’m thrilled to share our new Doggie Daycare Calendar for 2025! Starting January 7th, you can now plan ahead with our updated schedule for daycare availability. This is all part of my goal to bring more structure, fun, and enrichment to your pups’ daycare days!

🗓️ A clear, easy-to-follow daycare schedule for the next several months.

🕰️Hours are 8am-4:30pm as I start chores/feeding boarding dogs then. But I'm always flexible to drop off and pick up times.

🐕 More enriching activities to keep your pups happy, active, and engaged.

🥳 Special theme days like Valentine’s Day parties, squirrel-inspired fun, and more!

Here's to a brand new year!!🥂 🐾

2024: the year I officially became a stay-at-home dog mom… professionally. 🐾 Turns out, “career goals” can include managing a pack of fluffy chaos 🐕‍🦺🐕 while also trying to keep my kids alive and (pretty much never) on time for school. 🕒🏫

This year has been a wild ride 🎢, filled with ADHD burnout (because, of course, my brain decided to be a total overachiever in stress 🧠💥), but also so much growth. 🌱 I left my long-time job at Tractor Supply (RIP steady paychecks 💸) to jump headfirst into running my dog business full-time. 🏠🐕‍🦺 It’s equal parts exhausting and rewarding—and yes, my clients are cuter than yours. 🐶❤️

Shoutout to my amazing kids, friends, family, and clients who kept cheering me on 👏💪 (and occasionally feeding me caffeine ☕️) when I felt like I was falling apart. You’re the real MVPs. 🏆

Here’s to 2025: the year of fresh starts 🌟, bigger dreams ✨, and maybe, just maybe, remembering to fold my laundry before it wrinkles. 🧺😂 Wishing everyone a year of joy, love, and finding the humor in the chaos. ❤️🎉

🌧️ Rain, Rain, Go Away! 🌞
We finally caught a break in the rain, and these pups wasted no time enjoying some much-needed playtime today! 🐾💨 There's nothing like seeing tails wagging and smiles all around after being cooped up.

Tomorrow, I'll be working on my updated daycare schedule for the new year! With the holidays and busy weekends around the corner, I'm planning to open a waiting list for anyone interested in signing up for daycare. Spots may depend on how many boarding dogs I have during peak times, but I’m excited to offer:

🎄🐾 Doggy Christmas Party Recap! 🐾🎄

What an amazing time we had celebrating the holidays with all our daycare and boarding pups at our very first Doggy Christmas Party! 🎁🐕

From the sniff-tastic gift exchange (with a few "paws-on" presents getting marked as extra special 😉) to the joyful play sessions, every pup had a blast! They took turns sniffing out the goodies, opening gifts, and, of course, enjoying some delicious treats.✨

A huge thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this party so special. Your love and support mean the world to us! ❤️

Whether it’s festive treats, activities, or themed pawties, we can’t wait to celebrate with your pups again soon!

🎄✨ Big Days, Happy Paws, and Exciting Changes Ahead! ✨🎄

Wow, what a pawsome day yesterday with the most daycare and boarding dogs I’ve ever had at once! 🐾 Watching their groups play, bond, and thrive together fills me with so much joy—and honestly, it’s making my heart overflow as I prepare to transition into working full-time from home in just four weeks.

This journey has been incredible, and as we get closer to Christmas, the excitement is only growing. 🎅 On December 13th, we’re hosting our very first Doggy Christmas Party here for our daycare pups. 🎉 Think festive fun, treats, and lots of wagging tails. 🐕💕

As I reflect on all the joy these amazing dogs bring and think about what’s next, I’m feeling incredibly grateful for all of you—my clients, friends, and supporters. 💖 Your trust means the world to me, and I can’t wait to bring even more personalized care, play, and love to your pups in the new year.

A Day in the Life at Dog Lady HQ🙋‍♀️

Taking care of our amazing pack is both a joy and a labor of love. Each day starts with rotations: feeding, cleaning, exercising, and plenty of enrichment to keep tails wagging and minds engaged. From morning sprints to afternoon puzzle treats, every moment is designed to ensure the dogs are happy, healthy, and thriving.🐾❤️

This holiday season, we’ve been overwhelmed by the generosity of those who’ve sent gifts through the Dog Lady Christmas wish list. I want to take a moment to share how deeply appreciated these gifts are—not just by me but by the dogs themselves. Every toy, chew, and treat has a purpose here. They help us with training, provide enrichment, or simply bring a much-needed smile to a dog’s face.

Treats are a staple of our routine. Whether it's rewarding good behavior, helping a shy dog feel comfortable, or just spreading a little joy during downtime, they make all the difference. Toys and enrichment tools keep the dogs mentally stimulated and help us break up the day with fun activities that are both rewarding and relaxing.
