The bluegrass meeting schedule for this Wednesday the 15th we’re going to move to Tuesday the 14th, 7 pm ish at El Torosco. It’ll be taco Tuesday and my last as President before I pass the baton over at the banquet.

The majority of our members that regularly attend our meetings are out of town so we have decided to postpone the meeting for this month. We will post updates for our December meeting soon.

Due to the impending weather the day to winterize the saddle club has been canceled for tomorrow. We will let you know a day and time that we will be doing it soon.

Sunday at noon a group of us will be going by the club to winterize things and wrap up everything needed at the club. We would appreciate some members to come out and help. It won’t take too long.

Unfortunately we’ve had some members who work the show come down ill and others are away at Congress. We simply don’t have the man power to run the show tomorrow let alone get the ground ready for the show. So we sadly are having to cancel our last show of the season. We’ll get the points updated and final standings posted shortly.

Notes from last nights meeting. For the next two Sunday shows we have rearranged the classes. P*e Wee Barrels will run first both this Sunday and next. Warm ups will start at noon, show at 2 pm. Those are EST.

The banquet location date and time were set. We will be going to Brandy’s Kitchen on January 25th from 7-10. The club will be paying for $300 worth of food for the members. We were assured that would be enough. This is also going to be the night our elections will be held to see who will be taking over for next year.

The points have been updated so everyone knows where they stand. The weather looks great for Sunday. We hope to see you there.

Some announcements for tomorrow’s show coming from last nights meeting:

- We had money donated for the Leonard Russ show that we did not use. We will be putting that towards the P*e Wee and Youth Barrels tomorrow. Each will have $75 added.

- We also had trophy spurs already ordered for the Leonard Russ show. We will give those out to the winners of each division tomorrow night.

We look forward to seeing everyone at our last Friday night show of the year!
