Checking all my boxes and visiting tarp work with Martini today. Winter is a great time to slow down and dial in the basics and it allows me to check back in on certain things I donāt make as much time for the rest of the year. Getting my horses quiet is pretty high on my priority list and Iāve been having a lot of fun with Martini lately. Catch her in Meeteetse, Wyoming at the @pitchforkhorsesale June 1st. Running into 2025 on one heck of a good horse. Cracker sure knows how to track a cow! This horse is by far one of the nicest, most user friendly horses I have made. Donāt mind me in my New Years Eve, very ānon-cowboyā outfitš

Getting Cheeto exposed to ropes and cows on the ground. This was his 9th ride. Working the ground is a great way to get your young colt exposed and quiet about everything before you start roping live cattle on them. Cheeto is taking it all in stride, soon weāll start heeling some and heāll be ready just in time for branding!
Itās always nice to have repeat clients and horses. This mare spent some time with me last year for our fall gather and now I get the chance to put some more time into her, Iām excited to help her progress!
Good music, blue skies, the smell of sage brush, heifers linining out, and a good horse beneath you. What more could a girl ask for?
