We still have a few openings for the Sharon White clinic next weekend.

No need to worry about riding a semi-feral yak, we are all in that boat…but I can pretty much guarantee that you’ll enjoy yourself, learn something, make friends, and go home with a better partnership.

Entries can be made online at the Come Again Farm website or let me know via email at Yodarider @ aol . Com

Still have a couple of openings for the Sharon White Clinic Feb 1/2.

Sharon is one of the best coaches/trainers in the US and is as helpful and enthusiastic with very green riders/horses as she is with Advanced level riders. You always come away from a clinic with Sharon feeling happier, braver, and more in tune with how to get the best with your horse.

The format is 45 semi Private lessons. Right now the weather looks like it will moderate the week before and be in the 30’s for the clinic.

Come get a much needed dose of enthusiasm and education with a great group of people.

We’ll have a pot of chili on in the heated break room and, if interest is sufficient, a couple of flexologists from Stretch lab.

01/13/2025

Have you been cold? Bogged down by the weather? Need something to motivate you?

Come ride with Sharon White, here, on February 1/2. We are doing semi-private lessons so no one will be standing around, getting cold while waiting their turn.

I’ll make a big pot of coffee and turn the heat up in the break room.

Many congrats to our friend Sharon White, who was awarded the USET Connaught Grant, the American Horse Trials foundation Chasing The Gold Grant and winning the Top Preliminary 6 year old, Top Preliminary Horse with Arden Augustus and the USEA Intermediate Horse of the year with Jag! No one works any harder than Sharon and to top that off she is a great coach, clinician, and friend.

I keep reading the people in our area don’t have adequate opportunity for XC schooling and I’m asking for some feedback.

I have a great facility for schooling, but I also have it as a boarding barn (which means horses are out, boarders are out, etc) so I have to plan to make it available for schooling.

Is there interest in me having more open schooling? I move the jumps around on a regular basis so it’s not always the same jumps in the same places with the same questions.

Right now I try to schedule a few/year and a week out from USEA or my competitions because that seems to be what fills best. They have to make some money because A) I have to pay for the jumps, insurance, mowing, etc and B ) my farm has to pay for itself because it is my sole source of income.

If so—how often would you come? What days of the week work better? Would coming to school XC and then staying over/coming back for a SJ schooling day be appealing?

Tell me what *YOU* think for keeping evening happening in your area. Please be realistic and constructive in suggestions/information.

Entries are open for the Come Again Farm Fall Harvest Mini Trials, CT, and day Before the HT Derby October 12/13.

The Saturday Derby is a fun run around a mix of Show Jumps and cross country Jumps and scores on closest to optimum speed & faults. It can be entered in conjunction with the mini trials or stand alone.

Sunday’s Mini Trials offers full HT from step over to training, with Combined Tests offered from Step Over to Prelim.

All courses will be appropriate to the level, though combinations will be a little softer than you’d fine at a recognized show.

We have water, ditches, and banks.

Debbie Boeh will be judging, so a judge you’ll ride for at many recognized shows in the area.

Come join us for a fun weekend!

Entries are available on Blue Horse Entries.

We will have an open schooling day on August 24th. This would be a great opportunity to get a schooling day in before the AEC's or your fall events.
The video is only the derby field, but you can get an idea of the variety of jumps available.
We have over 80 portable jumps from step over size to Prelim, water, several banks, multiple ditches. We have added 7 new jumps this year and revamped all the jumps on the farm. I set things up so there are related schooling exercises.
Due to parking constraints and crowding, I limit schooling to groups of 12. This is first come, first serve, and payment is due when reserving your spot or it will not be included.
Entries for this will close on August 18th or when full, whichever comes first.
Please reply to this post what time slot you'd like to have, and a second choice if need be.
Payment can be made via paypal Yodarider @ AOL.com or Venmo on my name. If you wish to do either on the farm name please add $1.20 to cover the additional expense.
Schooling must be done with a coach or a partner, no schooling alone.
Properly secured headgear and safety vests are required.
Please leave your dogs at home for the day.
Schooling is $40/horse/rider
