I rescued 12 puppies that were dumped on the road February 3, 2021 and all of them were adopted except Sonny do February 2024 will be 2 years looking for a home. He is also a Paws in prison graduate.

Please everyone keep your dogs at home and let this virus pass over. This virus is even killing vaccinated dogs that are young and healthy. So don’t think that just because your dog is vaccinated for the influenza that it safe. Because as we all know we can get a flu shot or a Covid shot and still catch the flu and Covid. I just want everybody to be careful with your fur babies. If you can get pet sitters when you’re on vacation do it do you want to keep your dog away from any environment that’s got a lot of dogs, dog park, daycare etc.

And the only way we can stop it is to not board our pets absolutely no daycare and let this pass through without anybody else is dogs dyi...

Does anybody know anything about these insects that I guess flew in through the night and they look like little bitty flying ants?

I expect June bags, but these flying ants I’m wondering what they are? You see a whole bunch of them over the top of the water.

This is definitely a deal you shouldn’t pass up. I’m sure everybody knows. It can be really hard to pinpoint a water leak and it can also cost quite a bit to hire somebody to find it for you.

UPDATE ON COOPER THE WONDER DOG
He is amazing, and his healing is going faster than expected! The odds say Cooper shouldn’t have made it; his chances of dying where much higher than his chance of surviving. Cooper was dumped on a country road with his leg snapped in two. He wasn’t hit by a car. Either his leg was fractured when he was tossed from a moving car or before he was dumped. The leg was so badly broken that it required a long, complicated surgery. But despite the higher odds of Cooper not being found and dying from infection or an animal attack, or a car running over him, Cooper is alive and very well. And that’s why he’s the Wonder Dog. He’s almost fully healed, and he’s enjoying his life. Cooper is a bright, outgoing boy. He’s always is a good mood and he wants you to like him. He’s thought to be a mix of PinPin and Shibu Inu, and he’s about a year old. Cooper is fast, eager to please and very friendly. He smiles a lot and wants your attention and love. If you’re his person, he will be your dog, devoted and loyal for all his days. Cooper the Wonder Dog wants to belong to someone. If you spend a few minutes within him, and you’ll understand what we mean.

Most of you know that Tia and I are good friends. This is the post she did this morning after the interview. I want to thank her for all of her encouragement but most of all for her friendship.

We got a call this afternoon that the non profit Sheridan ball field had a water leak that they can’t find and it causes puddles on the field. I told them I’ve got 7 dogs but I’ll bring 4 and we would be there at 3pm today.
And guess what? Of course they found it. It was under the pavement of the small road in between the fields. And they had a blast playing ball on their fields.

Amelia found her very first real live leak today. First time hunting for the real thing. We stayed and watched until it was confirmed. But the men watching said they had no doubt it was there by the confidence in her alert. (They were in aw and have never seen anything like this before but are definitely believers)I had no doubt either!!!
Watching her reminds me so much of Vessel and funny thing is she was going to be a service dog too. But started showing an obsession in balls and frisbees.

She definitely prefers the finding leak. I will never make a dog be something they don’t want to be.
