I was found Friday, December 12, around Essex Lane. I had a collar (not pictured) but no microchip. I’m staying with a kind foster while we try to find my family. Lucky had quite the adventure this morning on KATV Good Morning Arkansas with Public Information Officer Emily, and Animal Control Officer Miller!
