GOOD NEWS, Harrison County Animal Control has received A Spay / Neuter Grant funded through the WV Department of Agriculture and the Harrison County Commission, THIS IS INCOME BASED, You must be a resident of Harrison County and receive some type of Fedeal or State assistance to Qualify, Limit of 2 Vouchers per person, pays for Cat or Dog Spay / Neuter and Rabies Vaccination. Applications can be picked up / filled out at Harrison County Animal Control, Monday - Friday 10:30 - 4:00 and Saturdays by appointment only, for any questions please call our office 304-592-1876, PLEASE SHARE to get the word out

Please keep a close eye on your animals this weekend, If you can't bring them inside give them plenty of extra straw and bedding, in their houses, lots of extra food, fresh water several times a day, wind breaks around their houses, if you see a Animal in a Emergency situation don't be afraid to report it,
