It’s honey season here on the homestead! We are still small scale but love sharing what we have, when we have it. All of our honey jars have been claimed. But there are still some comb available and we will be harvesting more honey later this week.

Natural kitchen meets holistic living. We are gearing up for our first official sale, graciously hosted by Soul Miner’s Daughter. We will be set up in her shop at 221 Pike St in Shinnston, from 10-2 this Saturday April 8th. Feel free to come out and show your support for your local small businesses.

This is the beginning of our family’s dream. To progress by going backwards. Our grandparents had it right. In a world full of corporations, chemicals and controversies it is our hope to return to community. Life is simpler and more fulfilling when your supply chain and support system are right in your back yard instead of on back order from China. That gift of community and the wholesome, fulfilling life that it fosters is exactly what we hope to nurture and do our part to bring back. We look forward to working alongside those around us with the same dreams and spreading hope for a better tomorrow.

In early 2020 our growing family moved to Shinnston into a 120 year old farm house on a small piece of land. In a few short years we have jump started our homestead adventure and set the foundation for the future we dream of. A handful of chickens, a couple honey bee colonies, some gardens and a few ducks later we decided to set the official start to a family run small business with wholesome goods for our community in mind. We hope to share the adventure with you all along the way. Cheers 🍻
