Last week we had the privilege of pairing our big guy Oak, up with a wonderful family.

They saldy lost their Golden recently to cancer on his 2 year old birthday😭

Oak, now Oaklie stays right by his new moms side as she feeds her baby. He is proving to be a healing balm in a time of loss.

I will share the text she sent me about him.

"He looked at me when I walked in and there was some sort of connection. I was holding Henry(our baby) but understanding passed between us...I was trying to get Henry's bottle ready and he just sat by my feet. He has done that everytime I've felt stressed since I got home. So - Otis died in the midst of the worst post partum depression I have ever had. I have felt better these last few days. I just want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. My grief hit me about Otis last week. It was soul crushing. This guy tho. He is amazing ❤️❤️❤️ thank you"

We could not be more happy for Oak and his new family that they have eachother.

This sweet boy is getting all gussied up. His first time at the groomer was a success! He will soon be joining his new family in Hong Kong.
