Zubrod Percherons is located in Guthrie, OK and are a family owned, trained and driven hitch. They have been campaigning their six horse hitch of Percheron mares throughout the United States. They normally raise about 6 to 8 foals most years from our mares, these young stock are usually for sale. Dr. Chad Zubrod is an Equine Veterinarian and a board certified equine surgeon at Oakridge Equine Hospital in Edmond, OK. Melissa is currently working for Hershey’s as a Retail Sales Merchandiser. Kynseth and Kolton are their two children who are very involved with the horses as well!

Triple Star Farm is a Belgian Hitch of geldings owned by the Houston family. This hitch has spanned five generations of Houstons. Triple Star attends 10-12 shows a year from Colorado to Florida. Triple Star was Classic Series champion in 2010. Along with top honors in the Six at NABC in 2004, Big E, The Royal Winter Fair, National Belgian Show, National Western Stock Show, to name a few. Wet have continued to show these gentle giants due to the love for horses, spectators, and exhibitors we have met along the way

The Midwest Draft Horse Classic is one of North America’s premier draft horse events. Top horses and teamsters from around North American come to Shipshewana, IN to compete for two days in hitch classes, including the North American Six Horse Hitch Classic Series, and horse pulls. It is certainly an event you do not want to miss if you are a draft horse enthusiast! Our mission is to promote draft horses to the public, especially non-horse people and youth, in order to ensure the education and preservation of the tradition and history of Draft Horses.
