Help needed......
As some of you know.... last month I was awarded a grant through Bright Ideas to get all of my 5th graders at South Elementary School jean jackets for an art project. They will get to dseign and paint their own artwork on their very own jean jacket that they get to keep. The grant is just about enough to purchase most jean jackets. We still need donations of fabric paint. Anything from this list helps to get us to our goal. The goal is to begin these in January. (*Need adult volunteers to help out with this project as well) Please contact me if you would like to volunteer- you will have to be able to volunteer through the school district appropriate channels- student safety first.

Hello family, friends, community

As you know in a couple weeks we will be returning to school. As most teachers like myself need help with classroom supplies. I work at not 1 but 2 schools in my district so that’s 2 artrooms I have to get together.
The supplies get sent directly to my schools (so if you happen to send something and I have not thanked you yet- I am not back to school for 2 more weeks - so it will be left for me for when we return)

FOUND DOGS
found running down Guess Road in Durham,NC not far from Rougemont. . Found Yesterday Tuesday Dec 8th.
Almost got killed multiple times.
Super sweet dogs.
The animal hospital won’t take them. Ughhhhh
No chips, no dog tags....
Took almost an hour to get them into my truck. Thank you to the folks who stopped to help. (Sabrina)
Maybe someone is looking for them.
Okay they are at Durham Animal Shelter hopefully owners are looking for them.
They have 5 business days before they euthanize- need to work some miracles y’all!!!!! Can’t let that happen and especially before Christmas.

Dog’s Okay: Lab named “Unicorn” shot in head with crossbow arrow. “During interrogation, she confessed to shooting the canine with a crossbow after it urinated on her car tire”. The arrow did not penetrated the skull or eye & luckily only went through the skin, Dog is okay. The vicious Woman named
has been arrested and hopefully gets the maximum punishment.
Shooting & arrest happened in Hilliard, Florida. Hopefully, she ends up in jail but because she has children they will probably never convict her...
