About us.
American Wagyu beef is the result of cross breeding American cattle with Japanese Wagyu cattle. Our beef animals are raised alongside our dairy herd receiving the same feed and attention as the rest of our herd. With this symbiotic system, we see well finished animals. We take extra time for each of our animals to reach their maximum growth potential and intramuscular marbling, resulting in flavorful, tender and delicious beef.
Our meat is available at our farm in Shoreham and at Red Sky Farm, LLC in Orwell, Vt. We also can arrange sales for a half or a quarter of beef. Contact us for more info.
