🐱🐱🐱UPDATE ON “BIG GREY”🐱🐱🐱
Video is of him 9/25. Sad faced kitty photo is Big Grey on 9/1, defeated & depressed.
Big Grey has been in his foster-to-adopt home for 3 wks now & while he needed time to decompress from the previous life that failed him, he is settling in well & working every day on learning how to communicate his needs, while fully learning to ”cat”.
He spent the first while hiding, only coming out for food, the litterbox, or coming out at night but, now he’s out & about regardless of it being after dark, and interacting with his family.
Big Grey is making biscuits & purring but they are what we’re calling “danger biscuits” since his little murder mittens are long little razors, so while it’s not intentional, he can give Freddy Kruger a run for his money with slicing skills.
(he wasn’t trusting of people handling his feet at first & was terrified, so we’re working with him to build that trust & postive association for continued future nail trim success).
He’s comfortable & content, coming more out of his cat shell every day.

Wiggles & Waggles Adorableness
These two are such big personalities for such small kitties. And have appetites to match!
These are our new babies who have CH (Cerebellar Hypoplasia). Aka “kitten wobbles” or, “wobbly kitten syndrome”. They don’t let it stop them. They LOVE to eat & don’t want help at all 😆
They are definitely doing a great job on their own. Gaining weight, doing well with positional support with water intake. And, they’ve started attempting the litter box on their own! They are otherwise playful, spunky climbers who chat about what they need, when they need it. And, purr constantly.
The only time the don’t wobble is when they sleep which has been allowing them to rest well.

Not bad for less than 24 hours with these two semi-feral colony kittens, who came over from Yakima, initially set to begin acclimating to their new barn home yesterday.
This one I think is going to be easy peasy for taming fully. Their sibling will take a little more work as they show to be far less trusting of people.
But, I’ll take this as a win for today, when purrs starts to come out…there’s no faking those lol.
Now it’s just continuing to work on their URI’s
***UPDATE: “Anikan” was taken in to another rescue, after we committed to his care. Now named “Mango” you can follow their journey with Oasis For Animals . Best of luck little baby!!***
Meet Anikan. This little pal has suffered facial trauma that could have been a number of things: being thrown from a vehicle, being attacked by another animal or trauma from an extreme fall associated with possibly machinery.
We will never know.
What we do know is that we can’t say “No”. This little face. How can, at such a young age, so much hurt be experienced? 😞 😭
Anikan was picked up after a plea for help, by Alourah as she was in the Yakima area volunteering at the YVPR Spay/Neuter Clinic, and when we had stopped hearing back from the OP, we were worried of an unfortunate outcome for this little. But, when Alourah reached out to us about them, we were so relieved to know they were safe.
They have had a vet eval, treated for fleas as they were caked in them, and is now being treated for their URI. The vet seeing them is hopeful that the mouth devolving/Avulsion will heal on its own but they didn’t want to explore it too much at the time so we will be continuing their care needs to further investigate treatment plan and options.
Anikan is also on a pain management regimen.
This little is going to have further medical care needs- if you’d like to donate towards this, or supplies, ways to do so are below.
A HUGE **Thank you** to Alourah and the vets at the YVPR Spay & Neuter Clinic for helping save, treat and care for this needy kitten!!
Courtesy (& with permission from) of Sud’s & Snuggles foster mom, these two love kids (& treats!).
They are approx 7 months old now. Both are spayed/neutered, fully vaccinated, dewormed, health checked, microchipped, flea/tick treated, socialized, house trained, good with other dogs/kids & confortable with cats.
Currently fostering in Bellevue/Factoria area but will travel for the right family.
Their litter was found in a laundry basket in eastern WA., at approx 6wks old & have been in our care since.
Their brother Tubs is also still looking for his forever family: he’s a sweet sensitive and playful little man. Also great with kids & other animals. Neutered, fully vaccinated, chipped, dewormed, flea-tick treated, socialized and house trained.
Check out more photos in the comments.
⭐️🐱If you’re looking for a kitty who can keep you (& herself!) entertained… look no further! Padmé is your gal!🐱⭐️
Fostering in the Richmond Beach area of Shoreline, WA., Padmé is searching for her forever home.
For those of you who remember, Padmé came to us with a massive facial abscess and in poor shape, after being found living on an abandoned property, under a car, with her 4 babies.
Those days however, are just a distant memory as she left that life in the rear view in May.
Padmé is spayed, microchipped, fully vaccinated, healed from her abscess, dewormed, flea/tick treated & ready to bring laughs & love to her forever family.
❤️Interested in writing the next chapter with Padmé??

Currently fostering in Seattle, these two brother and sister pups are approx 11.5 weeks old. Puppy series vaccines have been started, they’ve been dewormed, and are working on the rest of their pre-adoption medical.
Great with kids, other dogs & comfortable with cats. LOVE to run zoomies around the yard and to play. They are walking well on-leash for their age & are very social pups!

Miss Pebbles is on the hunt for her forever fam! She is currently fostering in the greater Seattle area but will travel for the right family!
This undeniably sweet & adorable gal is an amazing little lady. She is playful & curious. Fun and affectionate. Doing well with potty training. And, I’m not fully irritating her foster brother dog lol
Her litter is a mix of breed- unknown as to specifics. Mama appears to be possibly Lab/Shep/rottie/bully breed…but uncertain. She is approx 45-50lbs currently. But unsure as to weight when fully grown for Pebbles and her littermates.
She has been microchipped, started her DAPP puppy series Vaccine and has received her Bordetella. She is set for spay on 7/16.
Pebbles is good with other dogs & kids. Limited experience with kitties but was unphased by them at first intro.
She is available for adoption through our foster-to-adopt program.

Topaz & Peridot update!
Miss Topaz and Miss Peridot are are loving their new life and all the treats that come with it!
For those of you who remember, Topaz & Peridot came to us with their mom Diamond, & brother Samson, having lived their whole lives in small plastic dog kennels, covered in filth- afraid of people.
The girls were kept together in a kennel so we’re very bonded. Peridot being the most terrified of people.
Topaz is 100% catting these days whereas Peridot has a little more to go before fully settling in & letting her mom in completely but, is making progress every day. And, by the looks of this video, you’d never know she was still working through anything lol.
So happy for these gals ❤️
