My dog training background originated with dog sports. I've been actively teaching dogs and dog agility for over six years. I started under the guidance of a wonderful behaviorist and therapy dog trainer. After a few years I became the lead trainer at a dog sports facility in Lynnwood. nd I adopted a young border collie / yellow lab mix with massive energy and a brilliant brain, but being a runt she also came with quite a few confidence issues. Through training, tricks and agility her confidence has soared and she is no longer that weary dog, but a different dog entirely. She has also pushed me into a world I didn't know much about at the time... dog training. Through Savannah I've been able to work with some outstanding trainers and behaviorists here in the northwest. I've worked with nose specialists who train K9's and behavior modification experts (all of whom use only positive training methods.)
