Huge shout out to Marshall the manager he really came through for us. We had an absolute nightmare hat ordering situation with Savannahs hat for the Rodeo Queen contest and the hat we ordered wasn’t going to make it. We call down to the Wrangler in Cheyenne talked to Marshall explained the situation and he made sure that Shavannahs hat would be sent out today 2 day delivery! I will definitely be keeping Marshall on speed dial and ordering from him from now on!!!
