Do you have a little time to volunteer? Do you like animals? 🐾 Pet Allies is in need of volunteers to help recover animals after surgery as well as other tasks in our clinic. You can work an early shift from around 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m., or the afternoon shift from 1:00 p.m.-4:30 p.m. The clinic is open Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday each week. Pet Allies has joined Hills Food, Shelter and Love Program! Because of this partnership, Pet Allies will be able to provide consistent diets to shelter animals at low cost. In addition, new adopters will receive a bag of Science Diet food for free, as well as coupons for future purchases. Those who wish to assist the shelter can now donate money to help offset the costs of food. The donation of $60 that could be used to buy one bag of food for animals at retail costs can now feed the majority of our shelter animals for the entire week. This is a definite "Win Win" for Pet Allies, those who adopt from Pet Allies, Hill's Science Diet & of course, the animals at the shelter. 🐶🐱🐾🐕🐈❤️

We want to keep you up on the "stats" at Pet Allies for this past week, so for those of you who like numbers, here you go. We will be having more puppies available for adoption soon, as well as some adorable photos, so if you are interested in adopting a puppy be prepared for a LOT of cutness! 🐶 "Ivan" (in photo with his new Mom) was adopted as well as some cats, but the felines were all camera shy 🙀 so we don't have any photos. Our Pet Food Pantry is continuing to help folks as well. 🐶🐱🐾🐈🐕💕

Do you have a little extra time on your hands? Have you thought of volunteering with Pet Allies? We always need kind folks who love animals & want to help. You can volunteer to help walk the dogs or play with the kitties to help socialize them as well (a little purrball sitting in your lap or playing with you can be SO relaxing). 😽 Our cat room needs daily volunteers too. GREAT NEWS! The Pet Allies Pet Food Pantry is open & will be available on Mondays only, from 2:00-4:00 p.m. for low-income residents of the White Mountains. PLEASE BE SURE TO READ THE INFORMATION ON OUR WEBSITE (SEE LINK BELOW) AS TO WHETHER OR NOT YOU QUALIFY. Most of your questions can be answered by reviewing this information. There are so many ways to help the Pet Allies shelter. With the annual day of charitable giving approaching on Dec. 3rd, we appreciate your thinking of Pet Allies. IN NEED OF: Laundry volunteers! We are always in need of some volunteers to help with our laundry. You can imagine how many towels, etc. we go through on a daily basis at the shelter and our clinic. If you want the option of taking some to a laundromat, that's OK as well. If you have a few hours to spare on a TUESDAY or a FRIDAY, please feel free to stop by the shelter at 1321 N. 16th St. in Show Low.
