Also I would like to remind some clients this ain’t no damn side hustle yes I said damn ! I’m a vet tech and I also groom and work other jobs as well, so when I say I’m booked I truly be booked don’t get a attitude with me because you waited last minute to ask for a appointment this is the only time I will speak this and I’m not taking it down, most clients that come to me know I’m a very nice and respectful person until you push it,this is a small business that I continue to build day in and day out ! Everyone that comes to me are special in my eyes because it’s a lot of options they can literally choose to go, but the ones that come to me know I will work with scheduling, them working, picking up at a certain time so they can relax, if I mess up anything groom wise are business wise they know I will discount them and make sure they understand I’m not perfect and I do this alone which I will get help once my back yard shop is done completely and ready to be fully functional, when it comes to the fur babies I will go above and beyond when they in my care to make sure when they walk out this door they are happy no fur baby that comes in Dee’s purrfect grooming scared are nervous leaves that way when that door opens for them to be picked up them tails gone be swinging and they will be happy !!!! And I stamp that I take time out to make sure they are not just sitting in a damn kennel all day and comfortable, these are my babies when they hit my door and I’m working, while I’m in the middle of grooming I will not stop to answer a phone because that disturb they baby I’m working on and if we are having a good day grooming wise we will finish that way! I do recuse, biting etc I don’t turn anyone away if you have a baby that has been banned I always accept them back because it’s not about money, y’all don’t even understand I do this because I love my craft, and I definitely bargain not only that I exchange services as well if needed, I answer calls at 3 in the morning to help deliver puppies, I have saved people dogs form dying etc I put hard work into it and no I’m not perfect, the meaning of my business name is that you will get the best experience for your baby not just you I make sure the fur baby Is purrfect that’s my goal come in not wanting to be there leave not wanting to leave, plenty of my clients can tell you they babies ran right back in after I opened the door to send them home I take this seriously, I’m the only person that literally lowers the prices for holidays instead of increasing them and I do monthly deals and specials giveaways and not only that I’m the cheapest in my area while offering almost everything any shop can offer! I’m sad today a client got mad at me for the storm knocking my power out which is out of my control and it took everything in me to not be ignorant,I’m learning y’all and I’m young, so please forgive me again I’m not perfect but I try to make sure each of my loyal clients love coming to me for various reasons! 🙏🏾 sorry for the long text this is family on this side so I’m coming to as such
In other news in October I will be doing a grooming special and a flash bath special to help any clients new are current, I will also be doing the first Dee’s purrfect grooming trick are trunk if you have kids please follow the page and when I post the hash tag let’s get spooky your all welcomed to pull up and receive a nice sized candy bag, food,drinks etc,along with a picture ! I will be dressed scary and I will have a spooky back drop so when it’s posted just pull up for a couple minutes grab your gifts and head on out, your fur babies will get a treat bag as well !
