PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE POST
I've gone back and forth on my decision and it was a very difficult decision to make. We will be closing at our current location.
The last day for daycare will be August 23, 2024 and boarding and grooming will be August 30, 2024.
HOWEVER, beginning sometime in October, we will be operating as a new and improved "Country Club" for your babies. It is going to be amazing and I am beyond excited about this new adventure. Parker will definitely be at the new location grooming when we open it.
All of your credits will still be good and I just know you are going to be as excited as we are. At this time, I can not reveal the new location, however, I will tell you, it's not far.

I am so sorry for any inconvenience this has created for you. I will be back. In the meantime, I am arranging anyone that needs services, an amazing place to go. They are working with us to accommodate the YPB babies.

If anyone wants to come help load the POD, I would sure appreciate it. If you know anyone needing community service hours, I can sign off with POLA Foundation
Also, I need to move 1 large plastic pool, 3 huge McDonald's tunnels and some lil Tikes stuff. If you have a truck and/or trailer, please come help.

IT IS HOT AND HUMID
Please know all dogs are being rotated throughout the day to avoid the heat. While outside they all have fresh water and pools that all are changed and refilled every hour. If your dog is more sensitive to the heat, I assure you we are taking great care.

MR MURDOCK (shot dog) and our GEORGIA (who a northern rescue accepted knowing she had a spot on her tail) We were informed today that it is Cancer. She is in her new home so we'd just like to be able to help with her vet bill.

Can anybody HELP?
OMG 🆘🆘🆘🆘🆘🆘 WHEN IT RAINS IT POURS.
DOES ANYONE HAPPEN TO HAVE A REFRIDGERATOR THAT THEY DON'T NEED. WE HAVE BOUGHT 2, ONE STOPPED, BOUGHT ONE, THEN IT QUIT, THEN GOT ANOTHER ONE NOW IT STOPPED. We have now just lost our 3rd trays of vaccinations. For annuals and bordetella thats around $300 an order.

THE STORY OF POLA
POLA Foundation became reality after a horrific accident on I-20 after sweet POLA ultimately lost her life. Yes, POLA was a precious dog. 2 18 wheelers and 5 suv/truck/cars were slammed into by one of the 18 wheelers, killing a sweet lady in a small car. I drove up immediately after it happened, no police, just a haze, cars and trucked shredded and smashed. The lady in the car was the closest, so I went to her. I prayed for her holding her hand, then she was gone. I then spotted the injured couple with 2 dogs. Pola and Monkey. Both were in seat belts in the back seat, however, the impact was so hard Pola was thrown between the seats and her spinal cord was severed. I convinced this couple to give me their dogs and I promised I would take them to the ER. The couple were both injured and were going to be airlifted to Shreveport. They lived in Plano and had absolutely no family around. The entire community stepped up, paid the bill, collected clothing and absolutely took care of this family and their dogs. Pola's momma's story is on our Give For Good page. Please take a few minutes to read it.
In 2016, This is how the need was realized to start and organization to help people who were in situations that needed help. We raised funds and helped pay medical bills. Then very quickly, we began taking dogs under our rescue. Initially, all of them were hurt and injured dogs only which ultimately created big vet bills. But we survived.
Today 2024, we still help whenever we can with food, vaccinations, spay and neuter, heartworm treatment, and getting dogs vetted. We have assisted the family who lost their home in the tornado and 3 of their dogs were injured. They underwent surgery for cuts and rips over their bodies and actually one was fixed. We kept them until their injured owners could get settled in another home.
We assist many people getting dogs spayed and neutered and hand out alot of food. We even jump out of the bed at midnight if we are needed on a special case, such as the young homeless boy with a dog.
We assist in searching for lost dogs, set traps, whatever we are able to do, we try our best to do it and help the community. Who could forget Bella, the Basset who roamed for 21 days in 100 degree weather.
We also hold microchip events throughout the year and we are always slammed with dogs to chip. This year we will hold our 1st FREE microchip event thanks to some amazing sponsors.
