Parking in front, or plenty of parking in back, but only front entrance!!! Small grass area for walking at end of complex in front of "Time-Line Antiques" Safest route is to park in back, take a short walk around to grass and then come in around the front :)

Today marks a new chapter for Ruff 2 Fluff as ownership is officially transitioned. While saying goodbye to a part of our lives is bittersweet, we will always hold pride looking at the legacy we built together. We are so glad to be leaving it in the hands of Holly, as we know her genuine love and care will reign over. Thank you to our loyal customers and everyone who has been a part of this journey. Here's to continued success under new leadership!

Happy New Year! We’re excited to announce 3 new changes that we hope will make things easier for everyone:

🐾You can now text our business phone number (318) 216-3241 to make or change appointments and to inquire about pricing or anything else you may need. Texts and calls will be returned in the order in which we receive them and during business hours only. Please mention in your text if you have a specific groomer you use.

🐾Customers will now receive automated text alerts regarding their appointments. You can respond to these messages. Please let us know if you’d like to opt out of this feature when booking your next appointment.

🐾Customers can now pay with Cash App at checkout. Please mention if this is how you want to pay and we will pull up the QR code for you to scan and pay with on our payment screen.

We hope everyone has had a great Christmas!

We’ve been hard at work trying to think of ways to help things run smoothly in order to benefit our groomers, as well as our customers.

Below are a few things we plan to fully enforce as we go into the new year in order to keep appointment slots available to you and to keep plenty of kennel space for the pups that come in throughout the day. Please reach out to us if you have any questions!

Update: Jazzy's caretaker will be meeting with Ninna's Road to Rescue - Benton, Louisiana tomorrow. We will update this post with any changes.
Jazzy came in for a clean up today and is hoping to find a new home. If anyone would be interested in this tiny old girl, please let us know.

Twelve years ago today, we opened the doors to Ruff 2 Fluff. The front door itself has been replaced 3 times during this journey. Just as so, many people and pups have come and gone over the years. We appreciate every single one!
As my personal journey that has been "Ruff 2 Fluff" is coming to an end and the passing of the reigns is underway, the feelings are quite ambivalent, very bittersweet. We are overjoyed by the love and support that our clients and most of the community have shown us during our time, and so very sad to be telling them goodbye. We are looking so forward to our future endeavors and having the opportunity to be with our family, yet so sad to not be able to care for your pups who have become like family to us over these years. We are so glad that Ruff 2 Fluff's journey will continue and are excited to watch as Holly takes over and Jenna continues on, but we will miss you all so very much.

Thank you all so much for these twelve amazing years!

Dearest Clients,

We are writing to share some difficult news. Our family will be relocating to Albuquerque, NM, at the end of this year.

We will deeply miss all of our amazing clients, both human and furry. This decision comes from a heartfelt desire to give our son, Logan, the chance to grow up closer to his family, whom we’ve missed dearly.

We will continue to fluff your pups throughout the holiday season, with our final day of grooming being just before Christmas. To help with the transition, we will provide a list of excellent referrals and notes on your pups' grooming preferences, ensuring as smooth a handover as possible.

This has been an emotional decision for us, and it's hard to say goodbye individually to everyone in person. We wanted to give you time to prepare for this change and to express our deepest gratitude for your support over the years. Please keep in touch and send us "pupdates" to help us through the transition as we adjust to life without seeing your pets regularly.

We look forward to grooming your beloved pups as many times as we can before we leave.

Any messages for Jessica will be returned some time next week.

Jessica's next available open grooming appointment is not until the first week of October. All September appointments have been filled. You may add your pup to her cancelation list upon her return.
