Good morning! Unfortunately, our front parking area will be off limits for this week.

I know we have many elderly clients that have trouble walking, and in the past we’ve had some falls due to the lack of parking in the front which is why I’ve been trying my best to keep some spots open for you all. If you are one of our precious clients that are disabled or unable to walk the distance with your dogs, please reach out. We can get you rescheduled for when all of this is over. PLEASE DO NOT PUSH YOURSELF PAST YOUR LIMITS. We do not want anyone to get hurt.

For everyone else, we do NOT have a back entrance, but there is a back parking lot, as well as parking at Timeline and you can walk around.

Happy Sunday! From June 13-24 Holly will be out of town. Any calls, texts, messages, and online requests will NOT be answered or responded to during this time. If you’re looking for Jenna, please contact her directly.

Please only call or reach out ONE TIME. Your call/message will be answered in the order in which it was received after the 24th.
At this time, we are fully booked until mid July with a cancellation list a mile long. We cannot get anybody on the schedule soon or quickly so leaving multiple messages will not help get you scheduled faster.

If you need to speak with Holly before the 13th, please contact her this upcoming week Tuesday-Friday. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Pup-cups now available! Made with all natural ingredients. The heat is here and the dogs deserve a nice cold treat too! Complimentary upon request with a groom or bath service. Plain pup-cups are also available for pups with sensitive tummies.

Attention customers!

Due to the current water situation in Shreveport, we are unsure of what each day will bring this week. In order to provide a great grooming experience, we need to operate with the proper water pressure. If you have an appointment with us this week, we will contact you on the day of if we need to reschedule, but as of right now we are keeping all appointments on the schedule. If you’d prefer to reschedule due to the uncertainty, please reach out to us so we can get you squared away.

We are hoping for a normal week with no surprises, but you never know! We appreciate your patience.
