Tabby Tuesday continues with Frick and Frack!
These adorable brothers are SUPER friendly and playful and very affectionate! They are fantastic with other cats and kids. Frick and Frack are currently at Petsmart Bossier and have been there for several weeks without an application. We don’t understand why no applications so we wanted to showcase these adorable boys hoping to find their forever home!
Frick and Frack are about 6 months old, neutered, UTD on vaccines and microchipped. Click on the link below if you are interested in either of these boys. https://www.sbanimalrescue.org/adopt
Only 7 months ago both of these boys, Landon and Frosty, came to us from BCAC after being rescued from a horrific hoarder neglect house. They both took awhile to warm up but we are so excited to see them learning how to play and be cats!
Both Landon and Frosty are looking for their forever homes. Frosty is younger and came to us in better condition than Landon but he was very scared and understandably nervous at first. Now he is opening up and has become much more social when you walk into the room. Landon is definitely older and a “quiet cat.” We don’t know his exact age but based off of the condition he was in we are estimating he is 7 years old.
If you are interested in adopting with of these boys and are willing to put the time in then please fill out an application from the link below!

We had a blast at the SBC Zombie Walk tonight! Thanks to everyone who stopped by our booth!
UPDATE: Paul and Mary have been adopted together!
Brother and sister Paul and Mary have been overlooked at PetSmart since August! Paul wants to ride on your shoulders, so expect to see him leaping towards you if you get close. Mary's foster dad had a beard and she woke him up daily by stroking his beard. These two are playful and wild and can be adopted together or separately. Please help these two loving tabbies find forever homes(or home)!
Both are up to date on shots, Mary is spayed and Paul is neutered, both are microchipped, FIV and FelV negative, and approximately six months old. Their ears are tipped because they were fixed when they were tiny and their rescuer didn't know if they would be social. They are definitely social!

🚨🚨Oops it happened again!!🚨🚨
Unfortunately, you heard that right. Last week we had a mama and kitten dumped on our front porch and this week we had a litter of 5 solid black bottle babies dumped on our front porch. Luckily one of our board members went by in the afternoon to give night meds and heard them on the side of our building. If she hadn’t heard them then who knows what could have happened.
THIS IS NOT OKAY. It is not fair to us, the rescue, to just dump kittens on us. We are at capacity, low on funds, food, litter, supplies and we have not had a working AC for the past 3 weeks! However, we have taken these little black voids in and are giving them the care that they deserve.
Unfortunately, with all the new kittens we are asking for your help for wet food, litter, supplies or if you are wanting to donate monetarily that is always appreciated.
What we are needing is:
Any type of wet food
Scoopable clumpable cat litter (any brand)
Bleach
Small plates
Paper towels
You can drop off at the shelter, 431 Kings Hwy, Shreveport, LA 71104 or you can also purchase through our Amazon wish list or through our Chewy wish list and have it shipped directly to us. Also, Walmart will ship directly to us. You can also donate through PayPal, Venmo or the Facebook link if you would prefer to help that way. (Links will be below for PayPal and Venmo)

We need help🙀
We recently got a call from the Family Dollar a few buildings down about some tiny kittens abandoned at their facility in a storage bin in this heat. We hurried down there but unfortunately by the time we got to them two were already deceased. 😿 However, amazingly the smallest kitten was still alive!! We did not have the room for any more kittens but we obviously took in the little tiny survivor. She is doing fine amazing despite her ordeal as you can see below. ❤️
With this addition the number of cats depending on us continues to grow and with is taking its toll. In addition to food and litter (which we always need) we are in desperate need of funds to help cover the number of kittens and cats that we have in our care. We are completely reliant on the generosity of our supporters to help us going so that we can continue to help the furry little judgmental overlords.
We use a LOT of litter every single day and you'd like to help out, we aren't picky about brands as long as it’s clumpable. Anything us humans can scoop will work!
We need wet food any brand, Purina Cat Chow indoor blend (green bag) for adult kibble.
