Bark of the Town Shrewsbury is looking for a dedicated front desk support person to bring their enthusiasm to our salon!☀️If you love working with dogs and thrive in a fast paced environment, we want You! 🐩
Details of the position-
•full time, Saturdays required
•answer phones, schedule appointments and check clients in /out
•laundry and light cleaning
•filing and light paperwork
•Assist with holding dogs for groomers
• Walk dogs to and from kennel area

What we are seeking-
• motivated and friendly
• ability to multitask and work quickly and efficiently under pressure
•ability to handle dogs up to 150+ lbs, ability to lift up to 50lbs independently
• excellent communication and customer service

The post I never wanted to make.

It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of Bonnie Henry.

Bonnie was our receptionist here at Bark for over 15 years. Many of you knew her almost as well as we did, enjoying a joke or talking about your favorite music. She became a part of your routine, as you saw her each time you brought your pups to see us. She loved them all, especially the little bitty dogs, and they loved her too! There is a sadness here at Bark for now but we are so thankful for the good times had and memories made. So please say a little prayer or send a little thought up tonight for Miss Bonnie and her family.
