We would like to announce the official opening of All Element Veterinary (formerly known as Hilltop Animal Hospital)! It is with great pleasure we announce that Dr. Jill Hill has entered retirement and that a new vet, Dr. Haley Harshaw has taken ownership!
Dr. Harshaw is a Cambria County native who has been practicing veterinary medicine since 2019. A graduate of Lincoln Memorial University College of Veterinary Medicine, she enjoys working with small animal patients as well as a variety of pocket pets! When she's not caring for your beloved pets she enjoys spending time with her husband Cody, two little boys and their zoo of animals.
